Therapy Services

Therapy is most effective when it’s tailored to the individual—and grounded in a deep understanding of development. I provide therapy for toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults with developmental differences, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and genetic conditions. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and personalized to support each client’s unique profile.

I offer the following therapy services:

  • Individual Therapy – Supporting children, adolescents, and adults in building emotional regulation, flexibility, coping strategies, and social communication skills through evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), PEERS, Unstuck and On Target, and Regulating Together.

  • Parent Coaching – Helping caregivers understand their child’s needs, respond effectively to behaviors, and carry therapeutic strategies into everyday life.

  • Toddler Developmental Intervention – Using developmental and play-based approaches such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Project ImPACT to support communication, social engagement, play, and learning in toddlers and young children.

I partner closely with parents and caregivers throughout the therapy process. As the experts on their child, parents play a vital role in helping skills learned in therapy take root and flourish in daily life. Together, we ensure that strategies are meaningful, sustainable, and integrated across home, school, and community settings.

Across all ages, my goal is to help individuals feel more confident, better understood, and empowered to navigate the world. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a dynamic process that evolves with the individual and the family over time.
